About me: My Journey
Hello, I’m happy you’re here.
I’m Victoria Leney, a certified Transformational Life Coach, passionate about helping women navigate life’s transitions, rediscover who they are, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilled.
I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind and how much power lies in shifting our perspective. That curiosity led me to study psychology at university, where I learned how our mindset shapes the way we experience life — and how small internal shifts can create lasting external change.
Before becoming a life coach, I spent several years working in HR in London, partnering with CEOs to build people-centred workplaces. I loved helping others grow in their careers, but I also experienced the pressures of burnout and the struggle to maintain balance and purpose. After years of long hours in the big city, I decided to fulfil my dream of living by the sea and moved to Brighton, a change that brought me a renewed sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
When I became a mum to my two incredible girls, my world shifted again. Motherhood brought immense joy, but also moments of overwhelm and a sense of losing touch with my own identity. Like many women, I was juggling everything while quietly wondering where I had gone.
“Small steps, big shifts — I’m here to guide you to a life you truly love”
After becoming a mum, I decided to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a life coach, a path that allows me to do what I love while achieving a healthy balance with family life. Through my own journey of self-discovery, I found practical tools and mindset shifts that helped me reconnect with my values, manage the overwhelm, and build a life that feels authentic and aligned. That experience inspired me to help other women do the same — whether they’re navigating motherhood, career changes, or simply feeling stuck and ready for more.
I trained at the Jay Shetty Certification School, where I was drawn to Jay Shetty’s philosophy of purpose, mindfulness, and connection. My coaching style is warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental, combining proven coaching tools with intuitive, conversational sessions that create a safe space for clarity and growth.
To me, transformation isn’t just about achieving goals it’s about shifting the way you see yourself and your life, so you can move forward.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me walking along the Brighton seafront, spending time out in nature, keeping active, and enjoying good food. I love spending time with friends and family, and you’ll often find me having cosy movie nights with my girls.
“You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress”
